As a Project Engineer at Zenitel, you will be involved in the design, engineering, and commissioning of PAGA systems for our partners and customers within our Maritime & Energy Business Unit. Your primary focus will be on offshore platforms and onshore facilities.
You will become part of a team of highly skilled and dedicated technicians and engineers who work together to deliver high-quality PAGA systems. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in the continued development and growth of our audio systems business.
The position is based in Kristiansund, Norway.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and engineering of PAGA systems
- Participate in the testing and configuration of our PAGA systems
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) together with customers
- Liaise with and follow up suppliers
- Contribute throughout the entire project lifecycle, from receipt of a customer order through to final delivery of the PAGA system
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Automation, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience will be viewed positively and may compensate for lower formal qualifications.
- Competence in IP networking and network technologies
- Offshore certification and offshore experience are advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English
