Backoffice and sales support, Maritime & Energy - Norway

At Zenitel, we are strengthening our global Solution Team within Maritime & Energy and are now seeking an engaged and motivated employee for a Back office and sales support position.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will play a key role in the sales process, supporting our sales organization and ensuring high quality in quotations and order processing. The position offers broad interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, and you will contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
• Support the sales organization within the Maritime & Energy segment
• Process orders and coordinate with relevant departments
• Follow up with customers and partners
• Participate in internal and external events
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and procedures
• Ensure high quality and accuracy in documentation and deliveries

Desired Qualifications

• Relevant education in administration, business, technical disciplines, or a related field
• Experience with quotation management, technical sales, customer service, or sales support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Good understanding of and interest in technical products and solutions
• Experience from the maritime industry, offshore sector, energy industry, or industrial automation is an advantage
