Area Manager (Saudi Arabia)

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & business development leadership for the Intercom & PAVA product portfolio, in accordance with the Business Unit Onshore EMEA and Zenitel MEA strategy and priorities ​
  • Define and build the channel development plan​, covering the full spectrum of channel and alliance partners
  • Drive A&E specifications program and other partner programs in area​
  • Provide project sales support for selected partners/customers. Execute and follow-up of sales activities, promotions and workshops in channel.​
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships ​and stakeholder engagement in the safety and security industry
  • Drive end-customer engagement within selected customer segments;
  • Effectively communicate the commercial value proposition through proposals and evangelization.
  • Project management & commercial coordination internally and externally in conjunction with customer projects​
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and business reporting to the region MEA and the BU.
  • Detect and capture market insight & customer feedback and drive internal alignment with product management

Knowledge / Skills/ Experience:

  • Experience working in an indirect sales model that includes managing external sales representatives or distributors;
  • Proven ability to drive and motivate sales channels including process improvement, solutions selling skills, adoption of technology and analytics;
  • Demonstrated ability to grow business organically;
  • Highly developed relationship building skills, ability to build credibility and influence;
  • Responsible Sales Management mindset with strong leadership, strategic, analytical, business, planning, problem-solving and technical ability;
  • Experience on influencing necessary stakeholders in end-customers;
  • Exceptional and professional communication and presentation skills;
  • Aptitude for utilizing emerging technologies and working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • An existing network and knowledge in Security Solutions Market is a must;
  • Willing to travel nationally and internationally (occasionally).

Education / Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, including 3+ years in (B2B) sales management, in relevant environment;
