DevOps Engineer - Croatia

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and improve the internal R&D infrastructure and development environment
• Assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Help manage Linux-based systems, development tools, and containerized environments
• Monitor systems, identify issues, and support performance, reliability, and security improvements
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, software environment, and tooling-related issues
• Collaborate closely with software, QA, and network teams to improve engineering workflows
• Contribute to clear technical documentation and process standardization
• Support hardware and lab environment setup when needed

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, system administration, or a similar technical role
• Basic to solid knowledge of Linux systems, preferably Ubuntu
• Experience with Git
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins
• Basic hands-on experience with Docker, Podman, or similar container tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluency in English, spoken and written

Bonus Points:

• A passion for hardware & server maintenance
• Experience with C++, C, or Python
• Knowledge of embedded Linux or other Linux distributions (Arch, Alpine, Proxmox)
• Hands-on experience with virtual machines or cybersecurity
