Our workplace communication server ICX-AlphaCom interacts with the DNA Fusion Access Control system, offering a platform for access control and vital communications. Security staff may now connect bi-directionally with people throughout a building or campus, improving protocols and incident response.
Zenitel HD Video IP-based door stations let security officers monitor unattended entryways. The DNA Fusion user interface lets operators place and answer calls, examine status, and command and control intercom stations. DNA Fusion records and displays ICX-AlphaCom call events in their event monitoring application. Security teams may link all their systems and rapidly associate access control, audio, and video events for reporting.
DNA Fusion allows graphical intercom call station connection and logging. One simple panel displays intercom call requests, connections, and status. Intercom call stations can be combined and directed to unlimited client machines.
This helps busy sites with several call stations. Operators can log and make intercom calls. Operators get reliable call station connection information from extensive historical reporting.

- Mapping - Add custom intercom icons to graphic maps in DNA Fusion
- Easy Calling - Click on an icon to answer an incoming call or place outgoing calls.
- Intercom Status - View change of state when station is in use.
- Associate Events - Use host macros to take action in DNA Fusion based on ICX-AlphaCom events — For example, when call button is pushed, calling up a camera at a door.
- View Video - Associate up to 16 external cameras to each intercom station, and easily view live or recorded video inside DNA Fusion (requires VMS integration).
- Emergency notification — an alarm generated in DNA Fusion can initiate a voice notification message through the ICX-AlphaCom system in an emergency.
- Reporting – ICX-Alphacom events are logged in DNA Fusion for extensive reporting capabilities.
