CyberGate for IP Intercom To Teams

CyberTwice is a Dutch software development company focused on building Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications enabling businesses to utilize communication, access control and surveillance data to optimize their business processes.

Connect Zenitel Intercoms to Microsoft Teams

One key solution from CyberTwice is CyberGate which is a subscription-based SaaS hosted in Azure. The gateway can be used to connect Zenitel TCIS and TCIV+ intercom stations with Microsoft Teams, enabling companies to receive and handle audio and video door calls in Microsoft Teams.

Main Features and Benefits

  • Teams users can answer door calls in the same way as they answer standard Teams calls.
  • Multiple Teams users can handle calls as you can set up ring groups to call a group of Teams users in parallel.
  • You can define multiple ring groups to control who should be able to answer calls from the different intercom stations.
  • Doors can be opened from Teams (Local door access only by pressing #6 on the Teams dialpad. No support for Open door commands to access control systems).
  • Conversations can be recorded, stored, and played back.

What is required?

You need 1 CyberGate subscription per connected intercom station. The Cybergate subscription can only be purchased direct on Azure Marketplace or Microsoft Appsource. Click here for pricing and purchasing information:  Cybergate pricing

When the subscription has been activated, it works for company users with any of the Microsoft business plans that include Microsoft Teams.

From Zenitel no additional licenses are required, but our intercom stations need to be configured in SIP mode, connecting directly to CyberGate. IC-EDGE and ICX-AlphaCom is not supported.

The integration supports Zenitel TCIS and TCIV+ stations.
