LEB's railway stations fitted with EXIGO by Zenitel

As a railway operator, LEB recognizes the critical importance of having reliable communication systems in place. It was vital that the solution held up to the daily demands placed on it, to deliver high availability of public address and emergency call handling.

PA and Emergency Call System delivered by Telematix AG and Zenitel

LEB chose the IP communication platform NIS-R/PASys from Telematix AG. The NIS-R PASys PA and emergency call system has been developed specifically for use in the railway segment, to meet the highest demands with respect to sturdiness, availability, scalability, audio quality and compliance with standards.

The project covers a total of 21 stations. Each railway station is equipped with Telematix Call Stations and EXIGO IP Amplifiers and IP PA Controllers from Zenitel Group.

Cutting-edge amplifiers

The amplifiers in the Exigo product range use IP technology and modern class-D design for high efficiency. They are fully monitored, and monitoring status can be read remotely via SNMP and Syslog over IP.

The solution has been in successful operation since August 2017, and LEB is very satisfied with all project aspects.
