SDK - How does it work

We want it to be easy to integrate Zenitel systems with 3rd party systems and products. Our ICX-AlphaCom is a powerful communications server with many features directly applicable to the critical communication industry such as

  • direct calling
  • call requests
  • call queue handling
  • call transfers & escalation
  • PA functionality through All and Group Calls
  • priority calls and many more.

Our SDK for AlphaCom allows for a very close integration between the ICX-AlphaCom intercom servers and security management systems.

Internal server status information is reported by raising events, and commands can be sent into the server by calling the appropriate methods. This gives the management system full access to all available features.
