Project order handler - Norway

As a project order handler at Zenitel, you will play a central role in supporting our project and operations teams. Your main task is to ensure efficient creation, processing and follow-up of project-related orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). You will be an important contributor to ensuring that our projects are carried out with high quality, among other things by ensuring that materials and services are ordered and followed up in line with schedules and requirements. The position involves communication between different departments and functions, and as an international company, it is important that you are fluent in both English and Norwegian.

The duration of the temporary position will be 12 months. It is desirable to start soon, so do not wait to apply!

Tasks:

  • Creation, processing, and maintenance of project sales orders in D365.
  • Close coordination with project managers, technical teams, procurement and logistics department to ensure that all project requirements are taken care of.
  • Assist with handling urgent requests in line with priorities set by the project manager.
  • Monitor order flow and ensure deadlines are met.

Your background and experience:

  • Experience from project work, order management and/or logistics.
  • Good system understanding and experience with ERP/CRM systems, preferably D365.
  • Preferably education in maritime, logistics, administration or project management.
  • Very good communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and oral.
