The Zenitel integration to Schneider Access Expert provides the ability to connect ICX-AlphaCom registrered Zenitel devices to your Schneider Access Expert Instance for the purpose of enabling security operation teams to interact with stations, doors, and cameras.

The Zenitel integration to Schneider Security Expert provides the ability to connect IC-EDGE and ICX-AlphaCom registrered Zenitel devices to your Security Expert Instance for the purpose of enabling security operation teams to interact with stations, doors, and cameras and to handle calls in their client.
Key functionality and benefits:
- Ease of Installation – It only takes a few simple steps to get the integration up and running. The Security Expert SIP client is added to your IC-EDGE or ICX-AlphaCom system and the Zenitel devices are added as cameras in Security Expert.
- Quick call handling – Incoming calls from Zenitel devices opens a dialogue on the screen and operators can view live video and answer calls from there.
- Improved Operations – Stations are included in the Floor plans where the operators can call intercoms, view video, and remotely unlock doors to allow entry.
- Improved security – Operators can use stations to remotely interact with people to verify their identity before granting them access.
