ELCA ACS Srl is a trading company founded in 1992. We specialize in communication systems and industrial components for marine, security, healthcare, transportation and industrial applications. With extensive expertise in these markets and long-term cooperation with the leading manufacturers, our company delivers top-notch services for our customers. We provide advanced products (and all necessary technical support) tailored to customer needs. ELCA ACS Srl ensures an excellent customers experience throughout all project phases, from an initial offer to post-sale support.
Our collaboration with Zenitel spans over 35 years, and since April 2021, we have been selected as Zenitel Center of Excellence in Italy. Through such close collaboration, our team has gained deep technical knowledge of Zenitel products, guiding customers to select and deploy optimal solutions. As Center of Excellence, ELCA ACS Srl also supports all Italian resellers of Zenitel Intercom and intelligent communication systems for the civil, industrial, and hospital markets.
Can you share details about some recent joint projects with Zenitel?
Speaking of single-vessel solutions, we are proud of our collaboration on the MN Kronprins Haakon (Fincantieri NB 6255) project for the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research (Imr). We are also pleased to cooperate with Zenitel to supply a complete internal communication system package for this stunning research vessel. We delivered Zenitel EXIGO PAGA, ACM, VSP, CCTV, paging, IPTV systems, and LAN equipment.
Our most extensive successful joint program with Zenitel was QENF (Qatar Emiri Naval Force). For this program, we delivered a complete bundle of internal communication solutions for 7 vessels, including 4 corvettes, 2 offshore patrol vessels and 1 Landing Platform Dock. The supplied systems included Zenitel EXIGO PAGA (CRV and LPD), SPA (OPV), ACM, VSP, LAN, and IPTV solutions.
What is your vision for the future of critical onboard communication solutions?
We see a growing demand for more and more complex solutions. A seamless and easy integration with third-party systems has become a must. Thanks to the power and flexibility of the EXIGO and ICX/ACM platforms, Zenitel is the best choice to satisfy these demanding requirements, in our opinion.
