Zenitel awarded frame agreement with Equinor ASA to supply UHF Radio systems & services
Zenitel Norway AS has been awarded a frame agreement by Equinor ASA, for the delivery of UHF Radio systems and services. The agreement comprises UHF radio terminals based upon DMR and TETRA technology, radio accessories, as well as services for commissioning and maintenance of radio installations.
The agreement ranges from the delivery of single products to commissioning of complete UHF Radio systems. Zenitel’s Oil & Gas Team is responsible for the delivery, and the agreement lasts for 6 years, with the option for an extension of 2 * 2 years.

This new agreement expands the scope for UHF radio communication, combining DMR and TETRA systems to provide efficient and reliable communication for Equinor Oil & Gas installations both offshore and on. Zenitel is experienced in design and delivery of advanced radio communication systems from Motorola and other suppliers to the Oil & Gas market. Our ability to provide unique UHF Radio solutions is further strengthened through the integration with Zenitel’s own products and solutions for PAGA and Intercom,” says Koen Claerbout, CEO, Zenitel.
