HW Developer - Norway

We are currently looking for a hardware developer to join our Design & Hardware Department, based in Oslo or Horten.

About Us

Our Design & Hardware Department is split between our offices in Horten and Oslo (Torshov). Today, our team consists of 12 highly skilled designers and engineers specializing in mechanical and electronic design. We work on both enhancing existing products and developing entirely new solutions.

We develop every aspect of our products in-house—including electronics, software, user interfaces, and mechanics—which allows us to shape the entire user experience from concept to finished product. We believe this makes working with us both exciting and unique.

We use Altium for schematic capture and PCB design, operate our own prototype and testing laboratory, and manufacture the majority of our products in Europe.

About You

You hold a degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and have knowledge of both analog and digital circuit design. You are enthusiastic, curious, and genuinely interested in technology, with hands-on experience gained through work, internships, or academic projects. Whether you are a recent graduate or already have industry experience, we would like to hear from you.

You are eager to learn and motivated to contribute to our continued focus on intelligent communication, edge computing, and IoT products. You have strong technical insight and an understanding of audio and video signal processing.

You enjoy exploring new technologies and are interested in how innovative technical solutions can create better products. You are not afraid to challenge established assumptions and ways of working.

You understand that every high-quality product is the result of a thorough design process that considers the entire value chain—from the end user all the way back to manufacturing. Questions such as Who will buy the product?, Who will use it?, What problem does it solve?, and How will it be manufactured? are all essential parts of the process that ultimately determine the quality of the final design.

You work well with others while also being able to take ownership of demanding tasks independently. You are proactive, accountable for your deliveries, and capable of thinking creatively within established processes and frameworks.

English is our corporate language. To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in both Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.

Your Impact
