The frequency-swapping version 7212_FS DECT handsets  are designed for long-term dependability and increased mobility  in specialized working environments.

With these handsets, employees can benefit from being able to move around the office facility freely, while constantly being accessible as they roam within the work campus, and the frequency-swapping functionallity ensures that customers have maximum flexibility when deploying DECT solutions in naval vessels, ships, boats and other marine environments.

To successfully implement the frequency-swap functionality, customers must purchase both the frequency-swapping license ( (item number 2211020117) ) for the IP-DECT Server 6500 and the 7212_FS DECT handset. This license will give the command to swap from G8 to G9 and opposite, and distribute the information to base stations. There are no specific base stations required so please purchase as per normal.
