The Line Connection Module (LCM) can be used for external connections for the AlphaCom XE servers with any mix of ASLT, ATLB and ATLB-12 cards. It is primarily intended for use with the AlphaCom XE20 and XE26 as the AlphaCom XE7 server has a line termination field for screw terminals on the backplane. However also with XE7 the use of the LCM can be advantageous as the LCM contains 6 relay-outputs and a 600 Ohm / 0dBm output.

One module serves 6 subscriber boards. The module must be mounted on DIN rails on the exchange termination field.
