The M100 – AlphaCom XE Audio Link Interface enables existing M100 systems to take advantage of the efficiency and flexibility inherent to IP-based systems as the AlphaCom XE system provides a gateway into the IP environment. Existing M100 exchanges can now access a wide range of new IP functions such as VoIP networking between sites, IP intercom, IP DECT, IP telephones, IP system management, and IP interfaces to 3rd party applications.

The Audio Link Interface secures the investments that have been made in the M100 system by maintaining  existing M100 intercom components. The AlphaCom XE exchange, with a mix of star-wired and IP stations, can be added to serve new sites, buildings, or refurbishments of existing buildings.

The two systems act as one, sharing the same directory numbering plan. Each system will maintain its internal functions, and all important services like Calling Line Identity, Call Request and Group Call are available across the Audio Link Interface. The two systems are easily interconnected by using an audio interface card and serial link.

The M100 exchange can be interfaced with AlphaCom XE7, AlphaCom XE20, and AlphaCom XE26

The M100 – AlphaCom Audio Link Interface is compatible with the following M100 software:

The M100 – AlphaCom Audio Link Interface is NOT compatible with any software other than the ones mentioned above.
