The VSS-V2 sound rececption system complies to ISO 14849:2012 Ships and marine technology - Sound reception systems. The VSS-V2 system is Wheelmarked and supports EU MED directive.

The system is a navigation aid system required on ships with enclosed bridges. The system enables the officer in charge of the navigational watch to hear sound signals and determine their direction.
